I only initially received 10 earrings when I ordered 10 pairs & one of the 10 received was damaged. I contacted the company and they advised they would send me the remaining earrings (which they did very swiftly) The earring quality was OK but I felt let down by the mistake and lack of quality control before sending items to customers
