Spinning band in 925 sterling silver. The band features the middle spinning ring for anxiety relief.

The Spinner ring is believed to come from ancient Tibetan meditation tradition and is know as the 'worry ring'; spinning the right is said to calm the body and mind.

The ring comes to you presented in the box; ready to be added to your collection or gift your dear ones.

The ring comes in various sizes: extra small, small, medium, large and extra large. Please refer TJS ring sizes for detailed explanation.

Note: All our rings are measured and standardized with a Wheat sheaf measuring stick. The reading is taken as center, with a tolerance of one quarter of a size.

When buying a ring, consider its thickness, as you may need a bigger size if the ring has a deeper band width. Also, the best time to get your ring size is the evening, and pay attention to how you feel, as fingers are at least half a size smaller when you are cold.
