Standard Returns Policy
If you change your mind you can always return or exchange goods within 28 days of purchase for a refund on the goods, as long as the goods are not damaged, and we do ask that you email us to let us know. Delivery charges are not refundable. Returned goods are at the customers’ expense. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty, in which case you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. When returns are received a credit is issued to the card used for the original transaction.
